Adoption Policies • Adoption Fee: $300.00: Includes spay/neuter and all vaccinations. All our pit bulls will be spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines and heartworm prevention prior to adoption. • All our pit bulls will be placed as only dogs or with a compatible dog of the opposite sex. We will not place any pit bull in the city of Boston or any other city/town with Breed Specific Legislation. • All adopters must be at least 21 years of age. • All adopters must own their home. • A home visit is required. • Personal and veterinary references are required. |

Ruger came into our rescue from our friends at the Providence Animal Rescue League. Ruger is such a handsome boy and at only 2 1/2 years of age he has a lifetime of crazy dog antics to share with you!
An active home would be best for this big lug of a guy since he has lots of energy. A couple of long romps around the neighborhood or maybe an obedience class or two. He’s a fast learner and would do well in a class environment where he can learn basic commands and more. Ruger is extremely playful, enjoys a nice full toy box with lots of choices and is house-trained.
Ruger has lived with three children under the age of 9 in his previous home and has continued to be friendly to all new children that have crossed his path. He is loving life in his foster home with his foster parents and it will sure be a tough good-bye as Ruger has warmed his way right into their hearts.
